Thank you for using Chimua Makeup. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through our app.

1. Digital Products & Services

Chimua Makeup primarily offers digital content and/or services (such as premium features, virtual products, or subscriptions). Because these are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the purchase is completed.

2. Google Play Purchases

All payments made within Chimua Makeup are processed through Google Play Billing. Refunds are therefore subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

In some cases, you may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The purchase was made accidentally
  • The app or purchased feature does not function as described
  • You were charged incorrectly

Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play, not directly through Chimua Makeup.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions
  3. Select the purchase related to Chimua Makeup
  4. Follow Google Play’s instructions to request a refund

Approval or denial of refunds is handled entirely by Google.

4. Subscriptions

If Chimua Makeup offers subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period, unless required by law or approved by Google

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • In-app items that have already been used or accessed
  • Issues caused by device incompatibility or user error

6. App Issues & Support

If you experience technical issues with the app, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. We may be able to help resolve the issue.
